Quality

ISO certified. CTI tested. Documents on file.

Both manufacturing entities hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. CTI RoHS testing is completed for all 11 FEP color grades. Safety data sheets (SDS / MSDS) are available for all 33 color grades across FEP, PFA and ETFE series.

Third-Party Testing

CTI RoHS & Halogen Testing — FEP Series

All 11 standard FEP color grades have been tested by CTI (Centre Testing International / Shanghai Centre Testing International Pinbiao) for RoHS restricted substances and halogen content. Tests conducted in October 2025 and January 2026 across the two manufacturing entities. Reports available on request; English versions can be arranged.

Result summary: All RoHS restricted heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr(VI)) and organic compounds (PBBs, PBDEs, phthalates) were non-detected (N.D.) for all 11 colors. Fluorine content is high as expected for fluoropolymer materials — not a restricted substance. Chlorine, bromine, and iodine: N.D.

Pb, Cd, HgN.D. — all 11 colors
Cr(VI)N.D. — all 11 colors
PBBs / PBDEsN.D. — all 11 colors
PhthalatesN.D. (DBP/BBP/DEHP/DIBP)

Methods: IEC 62321-5:2013 (Pb/Cd via ICP-OES), IEC 62321-4:2013+AMD1:2017 (Hg), IEC 62321-7-2:2017 (Cr(VI)), IEC 62321-12:2023 (PBBs/PBDEs/phthalates via GC-MS), EN 14582:2016 (halogens via IC). Laboratory: Shanghai, Minhang District. Report dates: 2025-10-20 / 2026-01-14.

Sustainability & Compliance

Built to meet restricted-substance requirements

Durafluor masterbatches are formulated to support our customers' RoHS and REACH obligations. Summary below; full reports on request.

RoHS

Heavy metals N.D.

FEP series third-party tested by CTI: Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr(VI), PBBs, PBDEs and phthalates all non-detected across 11 colors.

HALOGEN

Fluorine is intrinsic

Fluorine is part of the fluoropolymer backbone — not a restricted halogen. Chlorine, bromine and iodine were non-detected in FEP testing.

REACH SVHC

Upstream resin screened

Base FEP resin screened against 250 SVHC substances (SGS, 2025). Pigment-system SVHC for finished masterbatch is assessed separately on request.

SAFETY

Non-flammable, inert

Products are non-flammable, insoluble in water with low expected ecotoxicity, and show no skin or eye irritation (per SDS).

Scope note: third-party RoHS testing is currently completed for the FEP series. Statements for PFA, ETFE and PVDF are based on internal data and base-resin documentation; third-party reports for these series can be arranged.

Documentation

Documents available on request

Available to qualified customers — bilingual (CN / EN) where applicable. Tell us your series and the documents you need.

TDS

Specification sheets

Per-series technical data sheets with grade codes and typical values.

SDS

Safety data sheets

SDS (MSDS) on file for all 33 color grades across FEP, PFA and ETFE.

CTI

RoHS test reports

CTI reports for the FEP series; English versions can be arranged.

ISO

ISO certificates

ISO 9001:2015 certificates for both manufacturing entities.
